Admiralty Point Condominium is located in Naples Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The property consists of 10 acres of land bordering the North bank of Doctors Pass. To its West is the Gulf of Mexico and to its East the Venetian Bay.

Please notice the upcoming Association meetings that are currently scheduled. A detailed agenda will be posted on each meeting at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. This notice is simply to inform owners that meetings have been scheduled so plans can be made to attend. All owners are encouraged to attend Committee and Board meetings. Unit owner participation in the Association is critical to our success.

Admiralty Point is a gated-community with security guards present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The staff includes the management team of Keith Tompkins, General Manager and Marcia Kwaczek, Administrative Assistant. We also have two maintenance staff, one grounds keeper, two housekeeping staff and nine security guards. There are two resident buildings on the property, the West Building consisting of 99 units and the East Building consisting of 45 units.
